The Meet UP can be used by multiple Residents together so that it creates a social activity that can be enjoyed by all.

The RemindMecare app has been developed to support Residents with dementia care needs. We are able to create a personalised profile for each Resident where our care team can upload details about their life and help to keep an interactive log of their lives.

Testimonials

My mother was moved from Hospital to Hayes Cottage Hospital in her final days in Sept 2019. The support and care she and my family received from the moment we arrived was amazing - the staff running the palliative area, in particular, were patient, attentive and always had time for us as we tried to navigate the very worst of times.

The lovely gardens to the rear of the hospital also gave us a much-needed escape from the intensity of those last days. For us to have had to remain in the noisy and cramped chaos of the hospital would have been very distressing, but the peaceful calm and care offered by the move to Hayes Cottage Hospital allowed our family the time, space and comfort to properly farewell my mother.

The teams care of my mum has been exemplary. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and they've been very supportive of the family as well.

- Resident's family member

We have been extremely impressed and very happy with the care my aunt has received and is receiving, as well as with Hayes Cottage itself. The staff are always very happy and efficient and seem very dedicated. Whenever we turn up to visit my aunt we always find her to be very clean and comfortable andwell looked after.

The home too is always very clean and fresh and well maintained. All the staff; management, nursing, admin, carers, etc. are always happy to speak with us if we need to ask anything. We would certainly recommend Hayes Cottage.
